Re-connect to Strava

Re-connect to Strava

On October 15th 2019, Strava implemented significant changes to their API (Application Programming Interface). ¬†At RiderLevel, we made and implemented the changes to support Strava’s implementation in late September.

One impact of this change is a need for all users of RiderLevel to re-connect their account to Strava. It’s as simple as logging into your RiderLevel account and clicking on the “Connect to Strava” prompt.  If the prompt does not automatically appear, you can click on the “gear” icon on the RiderLevel main screen, then select “Synchronize with Strava”.

RiderLevel emails Monthly Stats each month.  Unfortunately, to those members who have not re-connected to Strava, it will appear as if they have completed NO rides in the previous month.

We would love to see you continue to use RiderLevel, and hope to see you re-connect!

    1. Hi Tracy,
Please try again. I have reset the data of your last Strava extract, which should trigger a re-attempt. If it doesn’t work, it could be because the ride is rejected by RiderLevel – usually caused by gps data than cannot be used to calculate a RiderLevel.
